Pre-school (ages 3 - Kindergarten)
Parents are welcome to stay in class with their children until they’re sure their children are happy there.
It won’t take long!
We have wonderful and experienced Pre-school teachers for each of our Pre-school classes. They love to find new ways to involve children in the lessons which are based on bible stories. All children receive a Story Bible designed just for their age level full of colorful pictures and simplified versions of stories in the Old and New Testaments for parents to read to children and for young readers to begin to learn to read on their own!
Grades 1 - 6
Sunday School for older children starts with music! The lessons each week are based on stories in the Bible: Old Testament stories in the Fall, stories about Jesus in the Winter and Spring. There's even time for a special art class with Jessi in “Creation Station!” Or maybe even a movie in the GLC Theater!
participate in a Christmas program on a Sunday morning before Christmas and in an end of the Sunday School year program on the third Sunday in May. These programs differ every year, but always give the kids a chance, in drama and music, to share the Good News of Jesus! Also each year, a special giving focus is chosen and lifted up so the children can see all kinds of different ways to let their light shine. In the past, the children have supported Heifer Project International and earthquake relief in Haiti.
Vacation Bible School
